内镜十二指肠乳头肿瘤切除术研究进展

Recent Progress in Endoscopic Papillectomy Tumor Resection

随着内镜技术的普及,十二指肠乳头肿瘤的检出率已见提高。内镜十二指肠乳头肿瘤切除术(endoscopic papillectomy,EP)已获成功,因其创伤小,出血少,恢复快,受到了内镜医师的高度关注和患者的青睐。EP手术的可行性、有效性和安全性,已逐渐被人们所接受,并已成为治疗早期十二指肠乳头肿瘤的首选方法。该技术在国内开展较晚,鲜见有大数据报道。现就国内外对EP手术的研究进展做一综述,对有关的争议问题进行讨论,旨在提高认识,达成共识,促进EP手术的发展。

With the popularization of endoscopic technology,the detection rate of duodenal papillary tumor has increased.Endoscopic papillectomy(EP)has been successful.Because of its small trauma,less bleeding and rapid recovery,it has been highly concerned by endoscopists and favored by patients.The feasibility,effectiveness and safety of EP surgery have been gradually accepted by people,and has become the first choice for the treatment of early duodenal papillary tumors.This technology was developed late in China,and there are few big data reports.This paper reviews the research progress of EP surgery at home and abroad,and discusses the relevant controversial issues in order to improve understanding,reach a consensus and promote the development of EP surgery.
