摘要
目的探讨绝经后激素变化和骨代谢指标异常的相关性.方法选择2019年3月至2020年8月绝经后女性98例为观察组;选择同期健康体检的非绝经女性71例为对照组.采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定两组总型胶原氨基端延长肽、β-胶原特殊序列及骨钙素水平;分析绝经后女性激素变化与骨代谢指标的相关性.结果观察组FSH、LH水平高于对照组(P<0.05);E2水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总型胶原氨基端延长肽、β-胶原特殊序列水平高于对照组(P<0.05);绝经后女性FSH、LH水平与总型胶原氨基端延长肽、β-胶原特殊序列水平呈正相关性(P<0.05);E2与总型胶原氨基端延长肽、β-胶原特殊序列水平呈负相关性(P<0.05).结论绝经后女性常伴有激素变化及骨代谢指标异常,且二者存在强相关性,加强绝经后女性激素、骨代谢水平测定,有利于骨质疏松症的预防.
Objective To investigate the corelation analysis between hormone changes and abnormal bone metabolism indexes fter menopause.Methods 98 cases of postmenopausal women from March 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the observation group,71 cases of non-menopausal women who had a physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine the amino-terminal extension peptide andβ-collagenspecial sequence and osteocalcin level,and to analyze the correlation between hormone changes and bone metabolism indexes in postmenopausal women.ResultsThe FSH and LH levels of postmenopausal women in the observation group were higher than those of non-menopausal women in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of E2 was lower than that of non-menopausal women in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of total collagen amino-terminal extension peptide andβ-collagen special sequence were higher than those of non-menopausal women in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FSH and LH in postmenopausal women were positively correlated with the levels of total collagen N-terminal extension peptide andβ-collagen special sequence(P<0.05).E2 was negatively correlated with the amino-terminal extension peptide of total type collagen and the specific sequence level ofβ-collagen(P<0.05).Conclusion Postmenopausal women are often accompanied by hormone changes and abnormal bone metabolism indicators,and there is a strong correlation between the two.Strengthening the determination of hormone and bone metabolism levels in postmenopausal women can provide evidence for clinical measures to prevent osteoporosis.
