摘要
[目的]提高《动物营养学》在动物科学专业学生培养方面与人才需求间的适应性。[方法]在《动物营养学》前10章理论讲述的基础上,结合案例教学特点,根据后12章的不同内容设计与生产实践相适应的教学案例。[结果]基于《动物营养学》课程特性,挖掘出教学案例24例,年开展案例教学12次,组建学生团队16个,形成稳定的评价体系1套。调动了学生的课堂兴趣、学习积极性、动手能力及解决实际问题的能力。[结论]区分《动物营养学》课程内容,设计相应案例教学,有利于培养学生动物科学专业能力。
[Objectives]The purpose of this paper was to improve the adaptability of animal nutrition in the training of students majoring in animal science.[methods]Based on the theory of the first 10chapters of animal nutrition and the characteristics of case teaching,the teaching cases of the next 12chapters were designed according to the production practice.[Results]Based on the course characteristics of animal nutrition,24 teaching cases were found,12 cases were carried out annually,16 student teams were formed,and a stable evaluation system was formed.It aroused the students’interest in class,their enthusiasm for study,their practical ability and their ability to solve practical problems.[Conclusions]it is beneficial to cultivate the professional ability of animal science students to distinguish the course contents of animal nutrition and design corresponding case teaching.
