河南省规模猪场口蹄疫抗体监测

Surveillance and analysis of antibody against FMDV on scale pig farms in Henan Province

[目的]为了解河南省规模猪场口蹄疫抗体水平,指导猪群口蹄疫防疫工作。[方法]2021年对来自河南省214个规模猪场的6 602份猪血清样品进行口蹄疫抗体检测,并按不同场点、不同季节、不同区域和生长阶段对检测结果进行统计分析。[结果]2021年河南省规模猪场O型抗体平均场群合格率和个体合格率分别为75.23%和81.37%,A型抗体场群和个体合格率分别为73.83%和78.51%;种猪场O型抗体场群和个体合格率分别为79.69%和82.70%,A型抗体场群和个体合格率分别为78.13%和81.32%;商品代猪场O型抗体场群和个体合格率分别为73.33%和80.65%,A型抗体分别为72.00%和76.98%;除春季外,其余季节猪群口蹄疫O型和A型抗体场群和个体合格率均高于70%;豫北地区O型抗体场群合格率低于70%,豫北和豫中地区A型抗体场群合格率低于70%,其余地区O型和A型抗体场群和个体合格率均在70%以上;不同生长阶段猪群O型和A型抗体场群合格率和个体合格率存在一定差异,除仔猪和保育猪外,其余阶段猪群个体合格率均高于70%。[结论]河南规模猪场口蹄疫抗体水平整体良好,但部分猪群和地区抗体水平处于较低水平,需进一步加强免疫和监测工作。

[Objectives]In order to discover the antibody level against FMDV on scale pig farms in Henan Province and strength the work of FMD prevention.[Methods]6602 swine serum samples from214 scale farms in Henan Province were tested for FMDV antibody in 2021,and the results were statistically analyzed according to different sites,seasons,regions and growth stages.[Results]The average herd and individual protective rate of subtype O on scale pig farms in Henan Province is 75.23%and81.37%,respectively.And the herd and individual protective rate of subtype A were 73.83%and78.51%,respectively.The subtype O antibody on breeding pig farms were 79.69%and 82.70%,and the subtype A antibody were 78.13%and 81.32%.The subtype O antibody on commercial pig farms were73.33%and 80.65%,and the subtype A were 72.00%and 76.98%.The herd and individual protective rate of subtype O and subtype A were all higher than 70%except spring.The herd protective rate of subtype O antibody in north,and the subtype A antibody in north and central were both under 70%,the herd and individual protective rate of subtype O and subtype A were all higher than 70%in other area.There were differences in herd and individual protective rate of subtype O and subtype A antibody in different growth stages,the individual protective rate of FMDV antibody in different growth stages are all higher than 70%except piglets and nursery pigs.[Conclusions]The results showed that the FMDV immunization status of the scaled pig herds in Henan Province was generally well,but the immunization and antibody monitoring in certain area and herds should be strengthened.
