Treatment and nutrition management of pet dogs and cats osteoarthrosis

[目的]分析宠物犬猫关节炎发生的原因,总结诊断、护理和治疗宠物犬猫关节炎的方法。[方法]结合学习工作实际,综述归纳相关文献。[结果]宠物犬猫关节炎发生的原因有:年龄因素,品种因素,激素及肥胖;诊断的方法有:临床观察,影像学检查,生物标记物的检测;治疗的方法有:药物治疗,干细胞疗法,关节置换,日常营养干预;家庭护理的方法有:早期发现,居家照顾,营养管理。[结论]主人应从宠物犬猫的营养管理入手,改善其生活质量,减缓其关节炎进程,对其关节炎进行干预、治疗及护理。

[Objectives]To analyze the causes of arthritis in pet dogs and cats and summarize the methods of diagnosis,nursing and treatment of arthritis in pet dogs and cats.[Methods]Combined with the actual study and work,the relevant literature was summarized.[Results]The causes of arthritis in pet dogs and cats were age factors,breed factors,hormones and obesity.Diagnostic methods include clinical observation,imaging examination,and biomarker detection.Treatment methods include drug therapy,stem cell therapy,joint replacement,and daily nutritional intervention.Methods of home care include early detection,home care,and nutrition management.[Conclusions]Owners should start with nutritional management of pet dogs and cats,improve their quality of life,slow down the process of arthritis,and carry out intervention,treatment and nursing for arthritis.
