医学院校社团育人价值、发展现状及对策

Analysis on the Development Status and Countermeasures of Cultivating People of Student Associations in Medical Colleges

以立德树人为根本,培根铸魂,健全人格,大学阶段是当代大学生世界观,人生观和价值观形成与发展的关键时期。早在21世纪初,教育部就提出了加强大学生素质教育的号召,并把大学生的人格健康作为衡量素质教育成效的重要标志。文章阐述了社团对医学院校育人的价值,并根据目前社团对医学院校育人所面临的困境提出了后续育人的方向与对策,以期不断健全社团管理制度与相关配套制度。

The university stage is the key period for the formation and development of the world outlook,outlook on life and values of contemporary college students by fostering virtue through education and nurturing the root and soul of the nation and building sound personality.As early as the beginning of the 21st century,the Ministry of Education called for strengthening the quality education of college students,and took the personality health as an important symbol to measure the effectiveness of quality education.This paper elaborates the significance of students associations in cultivating people and puts forward the direction and countermeasures for the further education according to the current difficulties faced by students associations in medical colleges,in order to constantly improve the management and supporting system supporting of student associations.
