摘要
当播种过程中出现漏播时,采用现有的监控系统无法准确确定漏播位置,会延长精播工作周期。因此,基于ZigBee技术设计精密播种机监测系统。在硬件设计上,构建ZigBee星型组网监控框架,在监测电路中引入传感器,用于判断异常状态并及时发出警报;在软件设计上,基于ZigBee技术设置监测节点位置,通过分析脉冲信号判断是否存在漏种。实验结果表明,该监测系统能够在漏播时发出警报,漏种数量统计结果与实际数据一致。
In case of missing seeding in the seeding process, the existing monitoring system can not accurately determine the location, which will prolong the precision seeding work cycle. Therefore, the monitoring system of precision seeder is designed based on ZigBee technology. In the hardware design, the ZigBee star network monitoring framework is constructed, and sensors are introduced into the monitoring circuit to judge the abnormal state and give an alarm in time;In the software design, the monitoring node position is set based on ZigBee technology, and whether there is leakage is determined by analyzing the pulse signal. The experimental results show that the monitoring system can make an early warning when missing seeding occurs, and the statistical results of missing species are consistent with the actual data.
