Exploration and Application of Ningbo Rail Transit Value Added Ticket Management Platform

随着“互联网+”和智慧城市的推进,国内轨道交通票务新技术迅猛发展,目前已有较多城市将二维码支付成功运用于地铁票务中,“刷码过闸,先乘后付”的互联网票务新模式不仅方便了乘客,有效解决了排队购票、零钱难兑、票款清点、加币加票等问题,也大大减少了人力、设备、票卡、出行等成本。在互联网票务迅速发展的大环境下,也带动了增值票务的发展,越来越多的轨道交通与企业合作发行定制化的互联网票卡,开发以乘车码为基础的延伸应用产品。文中对增值票务管理平台方案进行浅释,包括项目整体情况、整体框架设计、业务流程概述,希望能为兄弟城市轨道交通提供案例借鉴,以期加快轨道交通电子票商业化场景的探索与应用。

With the promotion of"Internet+"and smart cities,new technologies for rail transit ticketing in China have developed rapidly.At present,many cities have successfully applied QR code payment to subway ticketing.The new Internet ticketing mode of"swiping the code and passing the gate,taking first and paying later"not only brings convenience to passengers,but also effectively solves the problems of queuing for tickets,hard change,counting tickets,adding coins and tickets,and also greatly reduces manpower,equipment,ticket cards Travel and other costs.With the rapid development of Internet ticketing,it has also driven the development of value-added ticketing.More and more rail transit companies have cooperated with enterprises to issue customized Internet ticketing cards and develop extended application products based on ride codes.The paper briefly explains the scheme of the value-added ticket management platform,including the overall situation of the project,the overall framework design,and the overview of the business process,hoping to provide a case for reference for rail transit in sister cities,with a view to accelerating the exploration and application of the commercialization scenario of electronic tickets for rail transit.
