公安院校青年思政课教师教学能力提升路径

摘要 提升公安院校青年思政课教师教学能力,不仅是思政课高质量发展的保障,对于坚持正确政治方向办学、落实立德树人根本任务也具有重要意义。科学定位公安院校青年思政课教师教学能力目标,并结合一线教学工作经验与教师职业发展相关理论,以教学过程、警务实践和科研建设为基点,着力从渐进式助推教学质量、叠加式协同教学与科研、沉浸式持续改进教学过程与教学反思三个维度有效提升青年思政课教师的教学能力。 Improving teachers’teaching ability of ideological and political course in police colleges is not only a guarantee for the high-quality development of ideological and political course,but also of great significance for adhering to the correct political direction of running schools and implementing the fundamental task of building moral education and cultivating people.The aim of teaching ability of ideological and political teachers in public security colleges and universities is scientifically defined,and based on teaching process,police practice and scientific research construction,the teaching ability of young teachers is effectively improved from three dimensions:gradually boosting teaching quality,superposition collaborative teaching and scientific research,immersion continuous improvement of teaching process and teaching reflection.
