Improving teachers’teaching ability of ideological and political course in police colleges is not only a guarantee for the high-quality development of ideological and political course,but also of great significance for adhering to the correct political direction of running schools and implementing the fundamental task of building moral education and cultivating people.The aim of teaching ability of ideological and political teachers in public security colleges and universities is scientifically defined,and based on teaching process,police practice and scientific research construction,the teaching ability of young teachers is effectively improved from three dimensions:gradually boosting teaching quality,superposition collaborative teaching and scientific research,immersion continuous improvement of teaching process and teaching reflection.
