跨座式单轨车辆走行轮磨耗影响因素及规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对跨座式单轨车辆走行轮胎存在较严重的磨耗以及偏磨现象,利用VPG技术理念,建立单轨车辆“转向架-走行轮系-轨道梁”系统耦合有限元模型,以摩擦功总和及摩擦功偏度值分别作为磨耗和偏磨耗评价指标,探索水平轮径向刚度、同轴走行轮胎中心距和走行轮胎充气压力对走行轮磨耗性能彩响及规律。结果表明:过大詢水平轮径向刚度会加剧前左走行轮和后左走行轮的磨耗以及偏磨耗程度;走行轮胎面摩擦功总和随着走行轮胎中心距的增天而增大,中心距420 mm是变化程度餉临界值;适当增大轮胎充气压力可以有效改善走行轮胎的磨耗以及偏磨耗状态。 Aiming at the serious wear and eccentric wear of the running tires on straddle-monorail vehicles,an FE model of system coupling of“bogie-running tire system-track beam”for monorail vehicles is established on the basis of VPG,with the total and the deviation value of the frictional work as the respective evaluation index,trying to explore the influences of radial stiffness of the horizontal tire,center distance of the coaxial running tires and the inflation pressure of the tires on the wear performance of the running tires and the wear patterns.Research results indicate that excessive radial stiffness of the horizontal tires could intensify the wear of eccentric wear of the front left running tire and the rear left tire;the total of the frictional work of the running tire tread increases with the center distance of the running tires,with a center distance of 420mm being the critical value of the change scope;and a proper increase of the tire inflation pressure can effectively improve the wear and eccentric wear of the running tires.
