摘要
文章以高铁齿轮箱盖轻量化为目标,阐述了碳纤维复合材料齿轮箱盖的研制过程,总结了碳纤维复合材料齿轮箱盖的结构设计和制备工艺特点,并对碳纤维复合材料齿轮箱盖与铝合金箱体进行了装配测试,结果表明本研究开发的碳纤维复合材料齿轮箱盖符合设计要求,该部件的成功开发将为实现轨道交通关键零部件的轻量化提供参考借鉴。
With the lightweight gearbox cover for high speed train as the target,this paper presents the development process of carbon fiber composite gearbox cover,summarizes the characteristics of structure design and manufacturing processes following the assembly test of carbon fiber composite gearbox cover and aluminum gearbox body.Test results show that the newly developed composite gearbox cover complies with the design requirements and provides an option to achieve lightweight key components for rail transit equipment.
