摘要
高速动车组齿轮箱是转向架系统餉关键部件,存在异物会导致齿轮箱轴承温度超限故障,影响行车安全。视频内窥镜检测技术可以直接反映出被检测物体内外表面的情况,结合轨道客车转向架齿轮箱产岛的结构特点,分析和破解转向架齿轮箱内部检测工艺难点。采用视频内窥镜技术对高速动车组齿轮箱进行内部检测并在实际检测中得到验证,可以准确检测出齿轮箱内部各种缺陷,测量结果精确。文章研究了视频内窥镜检测技术在高速动车组齿轮箱检测方面的应用,保证了高速动车组齿轮箱的造修质量,确保行车安全。
As a critical component in the bogie system for high speed EMUs,any undesired foreign substance inside could lead to an excessively high bearing temperature in the gearbox which consequently would affect its safe operation.Video endoscope can directly reflect the inside and outside surfaces of the detected object and can be used to analyze and dispel the internal detection difficulties in the gearbox in combination with the structural features of the gearboxes on railcar bogies.The application of video endoscope in the internal detection of gearbox has been verified in practical inspections,and it can precisely detect various defects inside the gearboxes with high accuracy.The paper studies the application of video endoscope in the gearboxes for high speed EMUs,which guarantees the manufacturing and repair quality of EMUs and safe operation of trains.
