针对消化道病变的内镜及病理精析(一)

Conjoint analysis of endoscopy and pathology for lesions in digestive tract

目前,内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)已经成为消化道早癌的标准治疗方式,我国该项技术已日趋成熟,但在消化道早癌的内镜下诊断及病理还原方面,仍存在诸多问题有待探索。本文汇报1例早期胃癌的内镜及病理分析过程,总结其中发现的几个现象并尝试对其作出解释,与同仁一道分享、交流。

Nowadays,endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)has been an established treatment option for early cancers of digestive tract in our country.However,the studies focusing on the conjoint analysis of endoscopy and pathology for lesions in digestive tract were limited.This article aimed to report some phenomenons by the conjoint analysis of a early gastric cancer.
