摘要
科研实力是医院核心竞争力持续提高的重要保证,也是实现医院学科不断发展的源泉。为了解北京大学首钢医院各学科科研工作的现状和发展需求,2019年8至9月,北京大学首钢医院科研处通过收集问题、发现问题、研究问题、交流探索-互相学习-寻求答案的模式改进科研管理工作,提出了一系列具体措施,如烘托科研氛围、建立科研绩效评估体系和科研激励机制、以人才团队凝练学科方向等。通过多种途径积极解决临床医生科研工作中存在的问题,促进医院科研工作的发展,加强学科建设,推进医院整体水平的提高。
Scientific research strength is not only an important guarantee for the continuous improvement of core competitiveness,but also a source for the continuous development of hospital disciplines.In order to find out the scientific research situation and needs in various disciplines in Shougang Hospital of Peking University,from August to September 2019,the scientific research department improved the scientific research management through the mode of collecting questions,discovering questions,researching questions,communicating and exploring-learning from each other-seeking answers,and put forward a series of specific measures,such as setting up the scientific research atmosphere,establishing scientific research performance evaluation system,and refining discipline direction with talent team,in order to solve the problems in the clinical scientific research work actively,promote the development of hospital scientific research work,strengthen the discipline construction,and promote the improvement of the overall level of the hospital through various ways.
