大直径竖井掘进机刀盘力学特性及疲劳寿命分析

摘要 为了研究大直径竖井掘进机刀盘结构的合理性,对刀盘的结构强度、刚度以及疲劳寿命进行了分析。将刀盘施工作业分为额定工况、正常掘进工况和极限工况,利用ANSYS软件对其进行静力学分析和疲劳寿命分析。分析结果表明:极限工况下的刀盘最易发生失效,该工况下的刀盘最大应力为44.26 MPa,最大变形为0.76 mm,最短疲劳寿命为1.98×10^(3)次,满足刀盘强度、刚度和疲劳寿命的设计要求。 In order to study the rationality of the cutter head structure of large-diameter shaft boring machine,the structural strength,stiffness and fatigue life of the cutter head were analyzed.The cutter head construction operations are divided into rated working conditions,normal driving conditions and extreme working conditions,and ANSYS software is used to carry out static analysis and fatigue life analysis.The conclusions are as follows:the cutter head is most likely to fail under the extreme conditions.Under this condition,the maximum stress of the cutter head is 44.26 MPa,the maximum deformation is 0.76 mm,and the shortest fatigue life is 1.98×10^(3)times,which meets the design requirements of cutter head strength,stiffness and fatigue life.
