摘要
为研究电火花成型加工碳钢时电极的损耗,结合电火花成型特点及加工原理,使用铜电极加工碳钢。试验结果表明:影响加工效率和电极损耗的因素由大到小依次为T_(B)(放电休止时间)、A_(P)(低压电流)、T_(A)(放电时间);放电休止时间为8μs、低压电流为15 A、放电时间为500μs时,电极消耗最小。
In order to study the electrode loss in EDM machining carbon steel,combined with the characteristics and machining principle of EDM,copper electrode is used to process carbon steel.The test shows that the factors affecting machining efficiency and electrode loss are T_(B)(discharge rest time),A_(P)(low voltage current)and T A(discharge time)in order from large to small.When the discharge rest time is 8μs,the low voltage current is 15 A,and the discharge time is 500μs,the electrode consumption is the smallest.
