地铁减速箱抗振动与冲击性能研究

摘要 为了研究地铁减速箱的抗振动与冲击性能,对某常用型地铁减速箱进行了动态特性仿真计算与分析,包括模态分析、响应谱分析与随机振动分析,并搭建了试验台进行振动与冲击试验验证。仿真计算与试验验证结果共同表明:该型地铁减速箱结构设计合理,抗振动与冲击性能良好,满足地铁减速箱振动冲击性能相关标准的要求。 In order to study the anti-vibration and anti-impact performance of reducer,this paper carries out simulation calculation and analysis of the dynamic characteristics of a common type of metro reducer,including modal analysis,response spectrum analysis and random vibration analysis,and sets up a test bed for vibration and impact test verification.The results of simulation and test show that the structure design of this type of subway reducer is reasonable,and its anti-vibration and anti-impact performance is good,meeting the requirements of relevant standards for vibration and impact performance of subway reducer.
