摘要
机械加工中常常使用机床专用夹具来辅助生产,零件在夹具中定位、夹紧方案的好坏直接影响到其加工质量。以实际生产中的真实案例为例,介绍了在设计夹具时如何确定零件的定位和夹紧方式,并分析了自由度数目、定位误差等因素对夹具设计的影响。
During machining,special fixtures for machine tools are often used to assist production.The positioning of parts in the fixture and the quality of the clamping scheme directly affect their processing quality.Taking a real case in actual production,this paper introduces how to determine the positioning and clamping mode of parts in fixture design,and analyzes the influence of the number of degrees of freedom,positioning error and other factors on fixture design.
