摘要
针对毛竹切割设备大部分为手动设备,存在操作危险性高、灰尘大、合格率低等问题,设计了一种毛竹自动切割设备,使用视觉识别毛竹直径,由伺服电机自动进给。与手动设备进行对比切割试验,测试结果表明:毛竹自动切割设备切割合格率为96.07%,远高于手动设备88.14%的合格率。本研究对圆柱型、圆锥形物料需要夹紧输送的相关设备研究和生产提供了案例支持,开发的设备具有良好的应用前景。
Bamboo cutting equipment is mostly manual equipment,dangerous operation,high dust and low pass rate.Using visual identification of bamboo diameter,servo motor automatic feed,designed a bamboo automatic cutting equipment.Compared with the original manual cutting equipment,the test shows that the qualified rate of moso bamboo automatic cutting equipment is 96.07%,much higher than the qualified rate of artificial manual equipment 88.14%.This study provides case support for the research and production of the equipment for clamping and conveying cylindrical and conical materials,and has a good application prospect.
