摘要
垂直油缸作为高空作业车中重要的液压元件,可实现高空作业车整车稳定作业。设计了一种新型轻量化集成化的高空作业车垂直油缸,该垂直油缸的有杆腔和无杆腔进油口集成在缸底端面,通过缸底油路和焊接油管实现大、小腔的油路控制。焊接油管和缸底油路布置紧凑,占用空间小,轻量化集成化的设计使得此垂直油缸大大减轻了高空作业车的整车重量,紧凑的缸底油路和特殊的油管焊接方式也减小了垂直缸的安装所需空间,为整机的轻量化、小型化设计提供了有效保障。
As an important hydraulic component in the aerial work vehicle,the vertical oil cylinder can realize the stable operation of the whole aerial work vehicle.A new lightweight and integrated vertical oil cylinder for aerial work vehicles is provided.The rod cavity and the rodless cavity oil inlet of the vertical oil cylinder are integrated on the end face of the cylinder bottom,and the oil circuit control of the large and small cavities is realized through the cylinder bottom oil circuit and the welded oil pipe.The welded oil pipe and the oil circuit at the bottom of the cylinder are compactly arranged and occupy a small space.The lightweight and integrated design makes this vertical cylinder greatly reduce the weight of the aerial work vehicle.The compact bottom oil circuit and special oil pipe welding method also reduce the space required for vertical cylinder installation.It provides an effective guarantee for the lightweight and miniaturized design of the whole machine.
