摘要
在螺线方程分析的基础上,建立了螺线槽的编程模型,设计了螺线槽直线拟合加工的通用宏程序,该程序采用二级循环嵌套结构来实现分层切削和螺线直线拟合加工功能,并给出了该程序应用实例。应用结果表明,该宏程序短小精悍,仅需改变其自变量赋值,即可用于加工任意位置的任意螺线槽,具有通用性和柔性,省却了重复编程,提高了效率,对类似非圆曲线的宏程序设计具有借鉴意义。
Based on the analysis of spiral equation,the programming model of spiral groove is established,a general macro-program for spiral groove straight line fitting machining is designed.The program adopts two-level cycle nested structure to realize the functions of layered cutting and spiral straight line fitting machining.And an application example of the program is given.The results show that the macro program is short and concise.It can be used to machine any spiral groove at any position only by changing the assignment of its independent variable.It is flexible and universal,saves repeated programming and improves efficiency.It can be used as a reference for macro program design similar to non-circular curve.
