重型皮带自动冲孔产线控制系统研制

Development of Control System for Heavy Belt Automatic Punching Line

皮带冲孔是重型皮带生产流程中的主要工艺,现阶段通过人工完成皮带冲孔的测量、控制等操作。针对人工操作存在测量误差大、重复操作多、安全性差等诸多问题,研制了重型皮带自动冲孔产线控制系统,包括皮带驱动控制和皮带卷绕机控制,可实现皮带打孔测量、冲孔等流程的自动控制,并在实际生产中得到了验证。

Belt punching is the main process in the production process of heavy belt.At the present stage,the measurement and control of belt punching are completed manually.In view of the problems existing in manual operation,such as large measurement error,repeated operation,poor safety and so on,a heavy belt automatic punching production line control system is developed.The system includes belt drive control and belt winding machine control,which can realize the automatic control of belt drilling measurement,punching and other processes,and has been verified in practical production.
