摘要
机床夹具设计是机械制造技术课程中的重要内容之一,针对其学习内容特点和传统教学中存在的不足,提出基于UG加工仿真的实践环节,希望引入可视化环节,让学生在案例设计中对夹具有更直观的学习体验,巩固理论知识,更好地应用于实例设计中。
Machine tool fixture design is one of the important contents in the course of mechanical manufacturing technology.Aiming at the content characteristics and the shortcomings of traditional teaching methord,this paper puts forward the practice part based on UG processing simulation.Hoping that with the aid of visualized methord,let students have a more intuitive learning experience for the clamp in the case design.Consolidate theoretical knowledge and better apply it to case design.
