摘要 为了缩短矿用蓄电池电机车的制动距离,减轻电机车司机的劳动强度,提高电机车的安全性,研究了一种适用于12 t矿用蓄电池电机车的气压制动系统,该系统可以采用手动和气动两种方式进行制动。首先,分析了电机车的制动过程,将制动过程分为四个阶段;其次,结合手轮制动方式阐述了制动系统的结构;最后,分析了制动系统气路的工作原理。 In order to shorten the braking distance of mine battery electric locomotive,reduce the labor intensity of the electric locomotive driver and improve the safety of the electric locomotive,an air pressure braking system suitable for 12t mine battery electric locomotive is studied.The system can be braked manually and pneumatically.Firstly,the braking process of electric locomotive is analyzed,and the braking process is divided into four stages.Secondly,combined with the handwheel braking mode,the structure of the braking system is described.Finally,the working principle of the air circuit of the braking system is analyzed.
