年鉴总体设计应当处理好的几个比例关系

Several Proportion Relations that Should Be Handled Well in the Overall Design of Yearbooks

年鉴的总体设计,涉及诸多方面的问题,本文仅就总体设计涉及的几个比例关系,即综合情况、动态信息、附属资料、检索系统四个方面作一些探讨和分析。四大部分资料构成年鉴内容的整体,缺少其中任何一个部分,年鉴的内容就不具有完整性。四大部分内容构成比例超出常规,所占比重不合理,会直接影响年鉴的内容质量。

The overall design of yearbooks involves many aspects.This paper only discusses and analyzes several proportion relations involved in the overall design,namely,comprehensive situation,dynamic information,supplementary materials and retrieval system.These four major parts constitute the whole content of yearbooks which will be incomplete without any of them.Abnormal or inappropriate proportion of the four parts will directly affect the quality of the yearbooks content.
