高质量发展视域下海南地方年鉴编纂出版的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking of the Compiling and Publishing of Hainan Yearbooks from the Perspective of High-Quality Development

海南地方年鉴编纂出版始于20世纪80年代,国务院提出“省、市、县三级综合年鉴全覆盖”的目标后,海南年鉴事业呈现良好发展态势,取得了地方综合年鉴编纂出版全覆盖的历史性突破。随着年鉴事业不断发展提速,高质量发展既是地方年鉴编纂出版适应时代发展的客观要求,也是年鉴事业发展的必由之路。本文通过梳理海南地方年鉴编纂出版的历程,总结经验和不足,从“快”“质”“面”“用”等方面对海南地方年鉴编纂出版应对高质量发展提出对策建议。

Hainan Yearbooks were first compiled and published in the 1980s.After the goal i.e.,"full coverage of comprehensive yearbooks at the provincial,municipal and county levels"was proposed by the State Council,the cause of Hainan Yearbooks has developed rapidly and achieved a historic breakthrough of full coverage of compilation and publication of local comprehensive yearbooks.With the cause blossoming faster,local yearbooks compilation and publication requires a high-quality development to keep pace with the times,which definitely is the only route for the progress.By reviewing the compilation and publication of Hainan Yearbooks,this paper draws lessons from it and then puts forward measures and suggestions for the high-quality development of Hainan Yearbooks compilation and publication from the aspects of speed,quality,variety and application.
