摘要
糖尿病患者血糖频繁波动,合并高血糖、低血糖事件是造成糖尿病各种急慢性并发症的重要原因。连续性血糖监测技术(CGM)能够全天监测血糖的动态变化,及时发现低血糖、高血糖事件,提供全面的血糖变异性信息。近年,CGM技术日益成熟,成为使用胰岛素需要精确调控剂量患者不可或缺的工具,已经被国内外糖尿病管理指南推荐,并在糖尿病管理、防控领域发挥着重要的作用。本文简要介绍CGM技术及其衍生指标在糖尿病管理领域的最新进展。
The frequent fluctuation of blood glucose in diabetic patients, companied with hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia events is an important cause for various acute and chronic complications of diabetes. Continuous glucose monitoring(CGM) technology can reveal the dynamic changes of blood glucose throughout the day, detect hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia events in time, and provide information on blood glucose variability. In recent years, CGM technology has become increasingly mature, and it has become an indispensable tool for patients who need to precisely regulate the dosage of insulin. It has been recommended by domestic and foreign diabetes management guidelines, and played an important role in the management, prevention and control of diabetes. This paper briefly introduces the latest application progress of CGM technology and its derived indicators in the field of diabetes management.
