This paper briefly expounds the concept and connotation of governance and health governance, focuses on the three driving factors of health governance reform, such as power diffusion, democratic supervision and common values, and the dynamic system to promote the reform, and tries to put forward relevant suggestions on the driving model of health governance reform and the application in the field of health, in order to provide reference for China’s health governance and related research.
