疫情常态化防控背景下公立医院人力资源管理研究 被引量:5

摘要 对疫情常态化防控形势下,我国公立医院面临的新问题、新挑战进行了分析,发现我国公立医院存在人力资源短缺现象加剧,人力资源配置有待优化,人才培养体系有待完善,考评、激励机制有待升级等问题,从制定人力资源精细化管理规划、规范人力资源招聘程序、优化人力资源配置、建立健全人才培训体系、创新绩效薪酬激励制度等方面提出了建议。 This paper analyzes the new problems and challenges faced by Chinese public hospitals under the situation of normalized epidemic prevention and control. It is found that the shortage of human resources in public hospitals in our country has worsened, the allocation of human resources needs to be optimized, the talent training system needs to be improved, and the assessment and incentive mechanism needs to be upgraded. Some suggestions are put forward from following aspects: formulating the fine management plan of human resources, standardizing the recruitment procedure of human resources, optimizing the allocation of human resources, establishing and perfecting the personnel training system, innovating the incentive system of performance pay, etc.
