苏州市定点医药机构分级管理政策研究

摘要 苏州市在实施医药机构分级管理的同时,也逐渐出现一些与现有的门诊共济改革、药品集中带量采购政策衔接不完善的问题。文章从苏州市基层医药机构开展分级管理现状、存在问题以及与现有政策矛盾点出发,以实地访谈结果为基础,分析分级管理制度给苏州市基层医药机构产生的影响和现有政策之间的协同问题,为进一步优化分级管理制度在苏州市实施以及现有政策间的衔接提供参考。 While implementing the hierarchical management of medical institutions in Suzhou, there are also some problems of imperfect connection with the existing reform of outpatient mutual aid and the policy of centralized drug procurement with quantity. This paper starts from the current situation, existing problems and contradictions with existing policies of the grassroots medical institutions carrying out hierarchical management in Suzhou, and based on the results of on-site interviews, analyzes the impact of the hierarchical management system on the grassroots medical institutions in Suzhou and the collaboration in the existing policies, so as to provide reference for further optimizing the implementation of the hierarchical management system in Suzhou and linking the existing policies.
