摘要
采用X-射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、核磁共振、化学结合水等方法对掺入不同折固掺量新型黏度改性剂UC-01的水泥净浆3、7 d水化龄期的微观结构进行分析。结果表明:UC-01能抑制早期水泥水化具有缓凝作用,且随着UC-01的掺量增加其缓凝效果增强;随着龄期的延长,UC-01的缓凝作用逐渐减弱,水化龄期为7 d,UC-01掺量在0.045%以下时,其对水泥浆体水化程度的影响已经较弱。
X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance,chemical bond water analysis and other methods were used to analyze the microstructure of the cement paste mixed with different ratio new type viscosity modifier during 3 d and 7 d hydration age.The results show that UC-01 can inhibit the early cement hydration and has a retarding effect,and the retarding effect of UC-01 increases as the content of UC-01 increases.The retarding effect of UC-01 is weaker and weaker with an increasing hydration age.The effect of UC-01 to the cement paste hydration degree is already very weak under the 7 days hydration age test when its content is lower than 0.045%.
