摘要
采用改性纳米二氧化硅凝胶类疏水剂(TS)、聚硅氧烷(KR)及十三氟辛基三甲氧基硅烷(FGW)制备自清洁M50砂浆涂层,对比研究了疏水剂的种类及掺量对M50自清洁砂浆流动度、抗压强度、吸水率、表面接触角及抗污性能的影响。研究结果表明,疏水剂掺入后砂浆流动度略有增大,抗压强度略有降低,吸水率显著降低,表面接触角增大,抗污性能显著增加。相对而言,掺入1%的KR时,砂浆的流动度增大最明显,掺入0.5%的TS时砂浆强度降低最少,掺入1%TS时砂浆吸水率降低最明显,此时砂浆的表面接触角最大,抗污性能最显著。
The self-cleaning M40 mortar coating was prepared by modified nano-silica gel like hydrophobic agent(TS),polysiloxane(KR)and tridecafluorooctyl trimethoxysilane(FGW).The effects of the type and amount of hydrophobic agent on the fluidity,compressive strength,water absorption,surface contact angle and anti-fouling properties of M50 self-cleaning mortar were compared.The results show that the fluidity of mortar increases slightly,the compressive strength decreases slightly,the water absorption decreases significantly,the surface contact angle increases,and the anti-fouling performance increases significantly with the addition of hydrophobic agent.In contrast,when 1%KR is added,the fluidity of mortar increases most obviously.When 0.5%TS is added,the strength of mortar decreases least.When 1%TS is added,the water absorption of mortar decreases most obviously.At this time,the surface contact angle of mortar is the largest,and the anti-fouling performance is the most significant.
