摘要
以杭州市钱塘新区某钢筋混凝土叠合装配式综合管廊工程为背景,设计制作了5个不同预制板高厚比和配筋率的叠合装配式L型节点试件,并进行了压弯力学性能试验。通过对管廊节点试件的破坏形态、变形能力、开裂和抗弯抗剪承载力等力学性能进行了分析,研究结果发现:桁架筋对抗剪承载力的贡献能有效提升叠合板的协同工作性能;在适筋范围内,极限承载力随配筋率的增减而增减,减小一定的配筋率可使墙肢在屈服状态下出现塑性较;现行规范的承载力计算方法可适用于装配叠合式管廊构件。
Based on a reinforced concrete laminated assembly pipe gallery project in Qiantang New District,Hangzhou City,five L-joint specimens with different precast slab height-to-thickness ratios and reinforcement ratios were designed and fabricated,and compression-bending mechanical tests were performed.Through the analysis of the mechanical properties such as the failure model,deformation capacity,cracking and flexural and shear resistance of the pipe gallery joint specimens,the research results found that the contribution of the truss reinforcements to the shear resistance can effectively improve the cooperative work of the laminated slab.In the range of suitable reinforcement,the ultimate bearing capacity increases or decreases with the increase or decrease of the reinforcement ratio.Decreasing a certain reinforcement ratio can make the walls appear plastic hinge in the yield state.The current code bearing capacity calculation method can be applied for laminated assembly pipe gallery components.
