基于行为量化聚类的教师线上教学行为研究

摘要 线上教学已然成为一种教学新常态,尤其是疫情期间,线上教学已成为“停课不停学”的重要保障.由于线上教学的时空分离特性,教师高效的教学组织与管理行为已成为保证线上课堂教学效果的关键因素.文章研究对线上教学背景下教师教学活动进行观测和分析,试图通过构建动态化的教学行为模型,来解构、定性量化教学行为特征,并采用距离聚类分析法对教学行为进行分类研究,为在线教学过程中的教师教学活动分析与监控提供理论支撑.结果表明,文章所提的基于行为量化聚类的教学行为分析方法效果显著,能够对线上教学过程中教师的教学行为进行准确量化和分类. Online teaching has become the new normal of teaching,especially during the epidemic period,which has become an im-portant guarantee for"school suspension".Due to the time-space separation characteristics of online teaching,teachers'efficient teach-ing behavior has become a powerful factor to ensure the effect of online classroom teaching.In the study,teachers'teaching activities under the background of online teaching are observed and analyzed,and a quantitative model of teaching behavior is constructed.Fur-thermore,distance clustering analysis is used to classify teaching behavior.The results show that the proposed method is effective,and it can accurately quantify and classify teachers'teaching behaviors in the process of online teaching.
