高频胸壁振荡排痰仪联合精细化综合护理在重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果

Application Effect of High-frequency Chest Wall Oscillation Expectoration Instrument Combined with Refined Comprehensive Nursing in Children with Severe Pneumonia

目的探讨高频胸壁振荡排痰仪联合精细化综合护理在重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2021年1月医院收治的90例重症肺炎患儿为研究对象,将患儿随机分为对照组与观察组,各45例。两组均给予精细化综合护理,对照组在此基础上应用人工扣背排痰干预,观察组应用高频胸壁振荡排痰仪干预,比较两组护理效果、住院时长与患儿家属护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院时长短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患儿家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频胸壁振荡排痰仪联合精细化综合护理在重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果确切,可显著减轻患儿临床症状,缩短其住院时长,并可提高患儿家属护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of high-frequency chest wall oscillation sputum excretion instrument combined with refined comprehensive nursing in children with severe pneumonia.Methods 90 children with severe pneumonia received by hospital from February 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each.Both groups were given refined comprehensive nursing.On this basis,the control group was given intervention of sputum excretion by artificial buttoning back,and the observation group was given intervention of high-frequency chest wall oscillation sputum excretion instrument.The nursing effect,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of children’s families were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of children’s family members was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency chest wall oscillation sputum excretion instrument combined with refined comprehensive nursing has definite application effect in children with severe pneumonia,which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children,shorten hospitalization time,and improve the nursing satisfaction of children’s family members.
