基于互联网的应用型本科院校混合式教学课程设计与实践--以江苏理工学院“中级财务会计”为例 被引量:1

摘要 线上线下混合式教学模式是高校课程教学改革的一种发展方向。采用混合式教学模式的优势在于:突破了时空限制,推动课内课外学习全面互通;有利于个性化学习开展,使得教学更有针对性、教学评价更加全面、科学,最终使得教学效率和效果显著提升。开展混合教学存在线上学习效果尚需提高、教师管理体亟制待改进、教学团队组建支持制度建设的问题;为此提出增强学生线上自主学习意识、提高教师混合式教学水平、组建混合式教学团队、完善学习流程监督体系、改善混合式教学条件等建议。 Online and offline mixed teaching mode is the main direction of curriculum teaching reform in colleg-es and universities.The mixed teaching mode has an edge over limited time and space so as to achieve in-class and after-class learning.It benefits personalized learning so as to comprehensively and specifically evaluate stu-dents and improve the teaching efficiency and effect.But it still leads to some troubles such as the improvement of online learning efficacy,the enhancement of management system of teachers and the system organization of teaching team.The paper puts forward suggestions from the aspects of refining online self-learning awareness of the students,improving mixed teaching of teachers,setting up mixed teaching teams,perfecting supervision sys-tem of learning process and promoting mixed teaching environment.
