半日间手术模式及管理理念的探索和实践

Exploration and Practice of Semi-Ambulatory Surgery Management Pattern

日间手术的基本理念是最大限度地压减术前住院日和平均住院日,通常都是指24小时出入院,但有很多因素制约了日间手术的广泛开展。为了克服这些因素,充分发扬日间手术的高效运转理念,解放军总医院海南医院眼科提出并实践了半日间手术,即有选择、有计划地让患者住1晚,按计划在2个工作日内完成所有手术或操作并让患者出院,既较好地解决了患者的需求和社会的压力,又解决了医务人员的顾虑。同时,4S模式很好地总结了这种日间手术和半日间手术的高效管理理念。

The vital concept of ambulatory surgery pattern which usually requires a no-less-than-24-hour hospital stay is to maximally reduce the pre-operation hospitalization day and the mean hospitalization day.Ambulatory surgery pattern is limited by various factors limit.In order to overcome these limitations,Department of Ophthalmology,Hainan Hospital of PLA General Hospital have creatively proposed the semi-ambulatory surgery management pattern,i.e.the patients is selected to hospitalize overnight so as to fulfill all their surgeries or manipulations in two workdays.By exploration and practice in various aspects,the requirements of patients are met,the social burden is relieved,and the anxieties of younger doctors are eased.The highly-efficient running ideology of ambulatory and semi-ambulatory surgery pattern is concluded as 4S model:selective,efficient,safe and satisfactory.
