摘要
医院工作场所暴力不仅对医学界及其发展前景产生严重的影响,而且对医务工作者、医疗机构和社会造成危害。为解决这一问题,基于行为经济学理论,以医生决策行为为切入点,结合有限理性、有限意志力、有限自利、非最优效用和动态偏好假设,探索改善与医院工作场所暴力密切相关的医生决策行为,进而提出相应的对策来重建医患信任,弥合医患关系和防范助推医院工作场所暴力。
Hospital workplace violence has not only had a profound impact on the medical community and its furture,but also had created serious risk to healthcare workers,medical institutions and society.Based on behavioral economics theory,taking clinical decision-making behavior as the entry point,combining with bounded rationality,bounded willpower,bounded self-interest,non-optimal utility,and dynamic preference hypothesis,exploring improvement in doctor decision-making behavior which is closely related to hospital workplace violence.It puts forward corresponding countermeasures to rebuild doctor-patient trust,bridge the doctor-patient relationship,and prevent the of hospital workplace violence.
