摘要
医患协调办公室负责医疗投诉、纠纷全流程管理,作为医院职能管理部门,致力于做好医疗纠纷事前防范管理工作是其重要职责之一。近年来北京大学肿瘤医院暨北京市肿瘤防治研究所医患协调办公室通过开展医患谈话探索,保证医患沟通的有效性、知情告知的充分性和规范性,从而降低因沟通告知引发医疗纠纷的概率,把好纠纷防范与处置关口,保障患者知情权和选择权,维护双方合法权益。
The doctor-patient coordination office is responsible for the whole process of management of medical complaints and disputes.As a functional management department of the hospital,it is one of its important responsibilities to manage the prevention and management of medical disputes in advance.In recent years,participating in the exploration of doctor-patient conversation,it ensures the effectiveness of doctor-patient communication and the sufficiency and standardization of informed notification,so as to reduce the probability of medical disputes caused by communication and notification and control the prevention and disposal of disputes,protect patients’right to know and choose,and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.
