摘要
对来源不同的故障VRLA蓄电池进行拆解,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能量色散X射线光谱仪(EDX)等技术对电池内部结构的腐蚀程度及材料性能的进行微观分析,并对发生的故障原因及失效模式进行分析总结。
The VRLA battery with different sources of failure was disassembled,and the corrosion degree and material properties of the internal structure of the battery were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDX)and other technologies,and the failure causes and failure modes were analyzed and summarized.
