寒喘祖帕颗粒治疗呼吸道疾病有效性与安全性的Meta分析

摘要 目的:系统评价寒喘祖帕颗粒药治疗呼吸道疾病的有效性与安全性。方法:通过计算机检索中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)、国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)及PubMed数据库等中、英文数据库,检索时间自建库至2020年12月。对同质研究采用RevMan5.4.1软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入22项RCT研究,纳入患儿共计1869例。Meta分析结果显示:1)在临床疗效与临床体征改善方面,观察组优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.00001);2)在肺功能指标方面,观察组肺功能指标水平均显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.00001);3)在血清免疫因子与血气指标方面,观察组患者相关指标显著优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.00001)。结论:通过以上结果可知,寒喘祖帕颗粒在治疗呼吸道疾病时有一定的有效性和安全性,也具备临床应用基础。因纳入研究的文献多以中文文献为主,较为单一,还有文献本身的不足,故建议今后的临床研究可在此次分析结果基础上增加样本量,采用多中心、高质量的试验进行更进一步的验证。 Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Hanchuan Zupa Granules in the treatment of respiratory diseases.Methods:Chinese and English databases,such as Chinese Citation Database(CCD),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),China Science Periodical Database(CSPD),and PubMed.were searched by computer from database inception to December 2020.Meta-analysis was conducted on the homogenous studies using RevMan5.4.1 software.Results:Twenty-two randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included,involving 1869 children.Meta-analysis results showed that:1)in terms of clinical efficacy and improvement of clinical signs,the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.00001);2)pulmonary function indicators of the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.00001);3)in terms of serum immune factors and blood gas indicators,the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.00001).Conclusion:The findings of this study indicate that Hanchuan Zupa Granules are effective and safe in the treatment of respiratory diseases and also have the basis of clinical application.Since most of the research articles included in this study are Chinese articles and there is inherent sufficiency in articles,it is suggested to increase the sample size on the basis of the results of this study and adopt multi-center and high-quality trials for further verification in clinical research.
