摘要
对某发动机前盖进行优化设计及仿真分析,并借助有限元仿真分析手段分析了前盖模态及强度。结果表明:经过多轮次迭代优化设计,该发动机前盖结构设计满足模态、强度、质量及美观性要求,经实车耐久及噪声-振动-声振粗糙度(NVH)试验验证,优化效果良好。
The optimization design and simulation analysis of an engine front cover were carried out,and the modal and strength of the front cover were analyzed by means of finite element simulation analysis.The results show that the structural design of the engine front cover meets the requirements of mode,strength,weight and aesthetics after multiple rounds of iterative optimization design.The optimization effect is good after the actual vehicle durability and noise vibration harshness(NVH)test.
