摘要
在柴油机的润滑油道密封部位,经常由于空间狭小而无法使用标准密封设计。密封设计不良容易造成润滑油泄漏甚至机油压力低等问题。针对空间狭小部位的柴油机润滑油道密封,介绍了一款金属橡胶复合垫片的应用过程,根据垫片设计和密封应力分析,设计了3种不同截面的金属橡胶复合垫片,对3种垫片的密封能力进行对比,得出了其承受油道压力的极限值,解决了该润滑油道的密封问题。
At the sealing positions of the lubricating oil circuit of diesel engines,the standard sealing design cannot be implemented due to the limited space.Poor sealing design is easy to cause leakage of lubricating oil and even low oil pressure.For the diesel engine lubricating oil seal in a limited space,the application process of the metal rubber composite gasket is introduced.According to the gasket design and sealing stress analysis,three kinds of metal rubber composite gaskets with different sections are designed.The sealing capacity of the three gaskets is compared,and the limit value of the oil passage pressure is obtained,which can solve the sealing problem of the lubricating oil circuit.
