基于灰色TOPSIS-Shapley的装配式建筑利益分配研究

Research on Benefit Distribution of Prefabricated Building based on Grey TOPSIS-Shapley

科学合理的利益分配机制可以保障装配式建筑各利益相关者达成有效合作,从而促进装配式建筑的长期稳定发展。本文在传统Shapley值法的基础上,通过文献研究法筛选出资源投入、风险承担、信息共享、创新能力、努力程度、协作程度6个影响装配式建筑利益分配的因素作为修正指标,采用灰色关联度确定修正指标权重,通过TOPSIS确定利益分配系数,建立基于灰色TOPSIS-Shapley的装配式建筑利益分配模型。研究装配式建筑中政府、房地产开发商和承包商的利益分配问题,应用实际案例验证模型的可行性和合理性。结果表明:基于灰色TOPSIS-Shapley值法得到的利益分配模型能够使装配式建筑利益相关者的付出和收益更加匹配,有利于提高利益相关者合作的积极性,对于装配式建筑的利益分配研究及实践提供参考。

A scientific and reasonable benefit distribution mechanism can ensure that all stakeholders of prefabricated buildings can achieve effective cooperation,thereby promoting the long-term and stable development of prefabricated buildings.Based on the traditional Shapley value method,this paper selects six factors that affect the distribution of benefits of prefabricated buildings through the literature research method,including resource input,risk-taking,information sharing,innovation ability,effort level,and collaboration level as correction indicators.Determine the weight of the correction index,determine the benefit distribution coefficient through TOPSIS,and establish a gray TOPSIS-Shapley-based benefit distribution model for prefabricated buildings.Study the distribution of interests of the government,real estate developers and contractors in prefabricated buildings,and apply practical cases to verify the feasibility and rationality of the model.The results show that the benefit distribution coefficient obtained based on the grey TOPSIS-Shapley value modle can make the efforts and benefits of the prefabricated building stakeholders more matched,and it is beneficial to improve the enthusiasm of the stakeholders for cooperation.Research and practice on the benefit distribution of prefabricated buildings for reference.
