氧化锆增强陶瓷岩板探索研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过在岩板原料中加入氧化锆粉料,利用氧化锆相变、颗粒弥散强化提高岩板抗折强度,增加断裂能,降低切割开裂比例。研究烧成温度、氧化锆种类、氧化锆添加量对岩板性能的影响。确定最优烧成温度为1110℃,采用1.5Y-ZrO_(2),为强化剂,添加量为20%制备的岩板抗折强度提高88.4%。为减少1.5Y-ZrO_(2)粉料用量,降低原料成本,首次提出根据加工区域,采用分区分层布料制备高性能岩板,采用分层布料制备的岩板抗折强度提高46.2%,为解决岩板切割开裂难题提供可行方法。 The zirconia powder was added to the rock plate raw material.The zirconia phase transformation and particle dispersion strengthening are used to improve the flexural strength of the rock plate,increase the fracture energy,and reduce the proportion of cracking during cutting.The effects of firing temperature,type of zirconia,and addition amount of zirconia on the properties of rock plate were studied.The optimum sintering temperature was 1110℃.When 1.5 Y-ZrO_(2) was used as the strengthening agent,the flexural strength of the rock plate prepared by adding 20%of it was increased by 88.4%.In order to reduce the amount of 1.5Y-ZrO_(2) powder and reduce the cost of raw materials,the high-performance rock plates were prepared by partitioned and layered distribution technology according to the processing area for the first time.The flexural strength of rock plate prepared by layered distribution technology increased by 46.2%.This provides a feasible method for solving the cracking of rock plate during cutting.
