高血压脑出血(HICH)外科治疗方式的疗效已被广泛报道。然而不同研究中预后评价却没有统一标准,使用的评价量表、包含的评价内容不尽相同,研究结果分组、分级也各有差异。本文通过对高血压脑出血预后及相关因素展开综述,回顾高血压脑出血患者预后问题。

Surgical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has been widely reported.However,there is no unified standard for prognostic evaluation among different studies,the evaluation scale used and the evaluation content contained are different,and the grouping and grading of research results are also different.This article reviews the prognosis and related factors of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and combs the clini⁃cal retrospective analysis.To review the prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
