双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合不同蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的效果分析 被引量:6

Analysis of the Effect of Bifidobacterium Quadruple Viable Bacteria Tablets Combined with Different Blue Light Irradiation in the Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice

摘要 目的探究双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合不同蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的效果。方法选取2021年1月-2022年3月在商丘市第一人民医院接受治疗的138例新生儿黄疸患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为甲、乙、丙3组,各46例。甲组采用间歇蓝光照射治疗,乙组采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合连续蓝光照射治疗,丙组采用双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合间歇蓝光照射。3组均治疗7 d,分析3组患儿临床疗效,对比治疗前后的胆红素相关指标,同时记录患儿在治疗期间出现的不良反应。结果3组患儿血清胆红素水平随时间变化逐渐降低,且乙组和丙组治疗1、3、7 d后的血清胆红素水平均低于甲组(P<0.05)。丙组总有效治疗率明显高于甲组(P<0.05)。3组患儿均出现不同类型的不良反应,其中甲组不良反应发生率为23.91%(11/46),乙组为21.74%(10/46),均明显高于丙组6.52(3/46),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合间歇蓝光照射对新生儿黄疸患儿血清胆红素的减弱作用和临床总疗效均高于单独间歇治疗法,不良反应发生率低于双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合连续照射法,更有利于患儿尽早康复。 Objective To explore the effect of Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablets combined with different blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 138 children with neonatal jaundice who were treated in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into three groups A,B,and C by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Group A was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation,group B was treated with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablet combined with continuous blue light irradiation,and group C was treated with Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablet combined with intermittent blue light irradiation.The three groups were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy of the three groups of children was analyzed,the bilirubin-related indexes before and after treatment were compared,and the adverse reactions of the children during the treatment were recorded.Results The changes of serum bilirubin levels in the three groups gradually decreased over time,and the serum bilirubin levels in groups B and C after 1,3,and 7 days of treatment were lower than those in group A,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective treatment rate of group C was 93.48%(43/46),which was significantly higher than that of group A(78.26(36/46)),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The three groups all had different types of adverse reactions,among which the incidence of adverse reactions in group A was 23.91%(11/46),and that in group B was 21.74%(10/46),which were significantly higher than those in group C(6.52(3/46)),the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The weakening effect and clinical efficacy of Bifidobacterium quadruple viable bacteria tablets combined with intermittent blue light irradiation on serum bilirubin in infants with neonatal jaundice are higher than those of intermittent therapy alone,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower than that of bifidobacteria quadruple viable bacteria.The combination of continuous irradiation method is more conducive to the early recovery of children.
