基于COMSOL的激光超声金属表面裂纹参数检测的数值仿真

摘要 使用COMSOL Multiphysics软件对于激光超声检测金属表面裂纹进行有限元分析,通过边界热源模拟了激光线源作用于金属表面的传播这一过程。对表面裂纹的深度对声表面波的影响进行研究,分别在时域和频域上进行分析。结果表明:裂纹深度的变化会引起时域信号一定的变化,根据此变化可以估算出一定范围裂纹深度数值。 Using COMSOL Multiphysics software,the finite element analysis of laser ultrasonic detection of metal surface cracks is carried out,and the propagation of laser line source acting on metal surface is simulated through the boundary heat source.The influence of the depth of the surface crack on the surface acoustic wave is studied and analyzed in time domain and frequency domain,respectively.The results show that the change of crack depth will cause a certain change to the time-domain signal,according to which the crack depth in a certain range can be estimated.
