摘要
通过分析城市交通运行状态的交通舆情,挖掘不同道路下交通运行状态的热点主题,对提高民众的满意度具有重要意义。本文爬取了南京市两条城市道路交通运行状态的微博评论并进行舆情分析,情感分析的结果表明,春节期间市民出行少,情感数值较低,周一、周五和周日的情感数值均低于0.5。主题分析的结果表明,排队、拥堵是网民对城市道路交通舆情的关注重点,交警在出行高峰时段的交通管控中被给予了很高的期望。
It is important to analyze the traffic public opinion of urban traffic operation status and mine the hot topics of traffic operation status under different roads to improve the satisfaction of the people.In this paper,Weibo comments on two urban road traffic operation status in Nanjing are crawled and analyzed for public opinion.The results of the sentiment analysis show that the sentiment value of people traveling less during the Spring Festival is low,and the sentiment values of Monday,Friday and Sunday are lower than 0.5.The results of the theme analysis show that queuing and congestion are the main concerns of the netizens on urban road traffic opinion,and traffic police are given high expectations in traffic control during peak travel hours.
