高校发展型资助育人体系的构建研究——基于麦肯锡7S模型的分析

Research on the Construction of Development-oriented Funding Education System in Colleges and Universities:An Analysis Based on McKinsey 7S Model

资助育人体系不仅可以保障家庭经济贫困学子获得公平受教育的机会,也是贯彻我国教育强国理念的重要保障。历经多年的摸索,高等教育资助体系经过了产生、发展与不断完善的过程,党的十八大明确提出了实现“人才强国”“教育强国”等目标以后,我国高校资助体系由保障型资助方式转变为发展型资助方式的发展趋势日益凸显。构建基于7S模型的高等院校发展型资助育人体系,不仅适应现代化教育强国战略背景下时代的需求,具有应用于高校资助育人的普适性、系统性、时代性的内生需求,同时提升发展型资助育人的水平与效果,实现高校资助育人的价值,为现代化教育强国战略培养更多高素质人才。

The funding education system can not only ensure that students from economically poor families have a fair opportunity to receive education,but is also an important guarantee for the implementation of the concept of strengthening China’s education.After many years of exploration,China’s higher education funding system has gone through the process of emergence,development and continuous improvement.The 18th National Congress of CPC clearly put forward the goals of“strengthening the country with talents”and“strengthening the country with education”,and the development trend of China’s university funding system changed from guarantee funding mode to development funding mode.The construction of a development-oriented funding education system based on the 7S model not only meets the needs of the times under the background of the modern education strategy,but also meets the universal,systematic and contemporary endogenous needs of the funding education of colleges and universities.At the same time,it can improve the level and effect of development-oriented funding education,realize the value of the funding education of colleges and universities,and cultivate more high-quality talents with the strategy of building a modern educational power.
